I am finally back my Charlie Lovers! I know it has been a long time, but I am here again to share with you ideas and advice to make your Spring Break 2024 memorable.

First of all, don’t forget to keep all your assignments on time because right after spring break, midterms are coming, and before you know it May will be here with finals, commencement ceremony, and more.

So, here are some of my ideas to make your break amazing:

Traveling

Traveling is my favorite thing to do, so it is at the top of my list. You can plan a trip with your family or friends. For example, you can visit Washington DC. It’s really fun and it is close to NY so you can take the train and have so much fun visiting the museums, the capitol, and of course the fancy White House.  My recommendation is to try to go to places with hot weather such as Florida, California, or Hawaii, however, you can choose the best option for you. However, don’t leave that for the last minute because tickets and hotels usually start to get higher prices throughout the days, especially because all colleges have these dates on their calendars.

Stay in New York

If you live here, you have 0 excuses to be bored at home. So, walking around, and visiting a museum or a bakery is always fun. My favorite plan for spring break is going to a Broadway show, walking around Central Park, and eating a lot of bagels and ice cream. Also, if you are an ice skating lover take advantage of the last days of skating rinks in NYC, I am sure you don’t want to miss them!

Make plans with your friends

Don’t get bored! Start to make plans with your friends and have a good time! You guys can explore different activities together, inside and outside of the city. Taking the ferry to visit Coney Island can be a really good option and a beautiful and cheaper way to be in front of the famous Statue of Liberty. Before I forget, I will highly recommend to grab something sweet for your activities, please, please, visit Bon Bon, a Swedish Candy Company and a wonderful and sweet place where you can find the best sour and sweet gummies, the best Swedish fish made exclusively by them, chocolate, the best licorice selection and the best soft serve of NYC, I promise you! Plus, the Oompa Loompas crew is amazing and they will help you to go over their favorites and explore more about Swedish culture. They are super sample-friendly so you can try them before picking your candy mix.

Go to a baseball game

Yes! Spring training is here, and the season will start soon, so booking a baseball game can be a wonderful idea, if you are thinking about which Ballpark can be fun, I can recommend you to visit Maimonides Park, the Brooklyn Cyclones house, where every single one has a theme. The food is amazing and the fun never ends, so visit their website, book your tickets, and follow them to get more information about the nights.

Of course, you can also go and look for tickets for Mets and Yankees games if you want to go to the Major League games.

So dear friends, here is my advice to make your spring break fun, I hope you have fun and pass all your midterms. You got it!
